Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern the services provided by Blissful Escapes Travel LLC.

Booking & Payment

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the applicable travel supplier.
  • A deposit and/or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the supplier's terms and conditions.
  • Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved forms of payment.
  • Pricing is subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed and the required payment has been received. Once confirmed, pricing is subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.
  • Failure to make payments by the specified due dates may result in cancellation of your reservation and applicable penalties.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all booking details and notifying Blissful Escapes Travel LLC of any discrepancies immediately.

Professional Service Fees

  • Blissful Escapes Travel LLC may charge professional planning or service fees for certain travel arrangements.
  • Any applicable fees will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to booking.
  • Professional service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By authorizing payment for travel services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted all pricing, terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and supplier requirements associated with your reservation.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding a charge, you agree to contact Blissful Escapes Travel LLC directly so that we may work together to resolve the matter promptly and professionally.

Clients understand that chargebacks or payment disputes may not be used as a method to avoid agreed-upon cancellation penalties, non-refundable deposits, supplier-imposed fees, service fees, or other charges that were disclosed and accepted at the time of booking.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Blissful Escapes Travel LLC reserves the right to provide supporting documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, including but not limited to booking confirmations, invoices, payment authorizations, signed agreements, supplier terms and conditions, travel documents, and correspondence related to the reservation.

Any refunds approved by a travel supplier remain subject to that supplier's policies, procedures, and processing timelines. Blissful Escapes Travel LLC does not control supplier refund decisions and cannot guarantee refund amounts or processing times.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by supplier, destination, and type of travel service booked.
  • Specific cancellation terms and penalties will be provided at the time of booking.
  • Clients are responsible for notifying Blissful Escapes Travel LLC as soon as possible if they wish to cancel or modify their travel arrangements.
  • Refunds, when available, are subject to the supplier's policies and processing timelines. Blissful Escapes Travel LLC cannot guarantee the timing or amount of any refund issued by a supplier.
  • Some reservations may be entirely non-refundable, and clients are responsible for reviewing these terms before confirming their booking.

Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
  • Travel insurance can help protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, travel delays, lost baggage, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing policy details and selecting coverage that best meets their individual needs.
  • Declining travel insurance may limit your ability to recover costs associated with cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

Passports, Visas & Travel Documentation

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, vaccination records, and any other documentation required for travel.
  • Many destinations require passports to remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of return.
  • Blissful Escapes Travel LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusals, missed travel arrangements, or additional costs resulting from incomplete, expired, or invalid travel documentation.
  • It is the traveler's responsibility to verify entry requirements for all destinations, including countries visited during cruises or connecting flights.

Health & Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for reviewing current travel advisories, health requirements, vaccination recommendations, and entry regulations for their destinations.
  • Participation in travel activities involves inherent risks that may include illness, injury, accidents, delays, or other unforeseen events.
  • Blissful Escapes Travel LLC shall not be held responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or other incidents occurring during travel.
  • Travelers assume responsibility for assessing their own health, physical fitness, and ability to participate in planned activities.

Travel Itineraries & Changes

  • Clients will receive travel documents and itinerary information prior to departure.
  • It is the traveler's responsibility to review all documents immediately upon receipt and report any discrepancies.
  • Requests for itinerary changes after confirmation are subject to availability, supplier approval, and any applicable change fees or fare differences.
  • Blissful Escapes Travel LLC cannot guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated.
  • Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers may make schedule or itinerary changes without prior notice.

Supplier Responsibility

Blissful Escapes Travel LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, and activity providers.

Blissful Escapes Travel LLC does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their actions, omissions, service failures, financial instability, schedule changes, cancellations, overbookings, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

Limitation of Liability

Blissful Escapes Travel LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, expense, or irregularity resulting from acts or omissions of travel suppliers or circumstances beyond its control.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Weather events and natural disasters
  • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
  • Government actions, travel restrictions, or border closures
  • Civil unrest, strikes, or labor disputes
  • Transportation delays or cancellations
  • Supplier insolvency or bankruptcy
  • Mechanical failures
  • Acts of terrorism
  • Force majeure events or circumstances beyond reasonable control

By booking travel services through Blissful Escapes Travel LLC, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.

Client Responsibilities

By booking travel services through Blissful Escapes Travel LLC, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete traveler information.
  • Review all booking confirmations and travel documents promptly.
  • Comply with all local laws, regulations, customs, and entry requirements at their destination.
  • Maintain valid travel documentation throughout their trip.
  • Accept responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of inaccurate information, failure to obtain proper documentation, or failure to comply with supplier requirements.
  • Follow all supplier policies and procedures throughout their travel experience.
